The Origin

Why GoDocs exists.

I've been an entrepreneur trying different businesses and startups for the last 5 years. One of my least favourite things has always been keeping track of money in and out of my business.

I've also been in enough environments to hear electricians, plumbers, carpenters and other entrepreneurs either quote prices only in conversation, or pull out an old banged-up receipt book once their work was done.

I built GoDocs to elevate your business's presentation — and to make tracking your financials as easy as possible.

Is GoDocs really free to start?

Yes — completely free, no credit card needed. You can create quotes, invoices, and receipts and share them via WhatsApp or email straight away. Upgrade to Pro when you're ready for the full toolkit.

What's included in the Pro plan?

Pro gives you expense tracking, a 6-month income dashboard, cash flow PDF reports, document cloning, and priority support — all for $9.99 USD/month. No contracts, cancel any time.

Can I use GoDocs on my phone?

Yes — GoDocs is built mobile-first. It works as a Progressive Web App (PWA), meaning you can add it to your home screen and use it just like a native app, even offline.

How do I share invoices with clients?

One tap. GoDocs uses your phone's native share sheet — so you can send a professional PDF directly via WhatsApp, email, or any messaging app your client uses.

Is my data safe?

Your data is encrypted and stored securely on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. We never sell your data to third parties. Ever.

Which countries can use GoDocs?

GoDocs works anywhere, but it's built specifically for the Caribbean — Barbados, Jamaica, Trinidad, and across the region. Pricing is set with Caribbean purchasing power in mind.

How do I upgrade to Pro?

From inside the app, go to Settings and tap Upgrade to Pro. Payment is handled securely through WiPay, a Caribbean-based payment processor.

Can I cancel my Pro subscription?

Yes, any time — no questions asked. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.

What if I already sent an invoice and need to duplicate it?

Pro users can clone any past document in one tap. Perfect for recurring jobs — just clone, update the date and amount, and send.
